Shipping

Our kratom ships from the GTA - Ontario, Canada via Canada Post and is sold & shipped Canada wide.

Order Processing Deadline​

Orders and payments received before 12:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday, will ship the same day.  Although we do strive to ship all orders the same day, there is no guarantee for orders placed after 12pm EST.  There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Discreet Shipping​

Your order is discreetly shipped in plain packaging with no mention of our company name or the products contained inside.

Shipping Services​​

True North Botanical uses Canada Post for all of our shipping.  Please refer to the Canada Post website for delivery times & possible service delays in your area (if any).  We are not responsible for any service or delivery delays due to any issues with Canada Post and their delivery service.

Tracking​

You will receive an email from True North Botanicl once your package has been shipped.  This email will contain your shipment details and tracking number.  Tracking numbers are usually sent between 5pm - 7pm if not sooner.

Return Policy​

You may return any product that is unopened for a full credit within 15 days from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in undamaged and untampered condition. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and tracking of the returned product.  Include your name and order # on all returned products.  We will not issue refunds on any product that we feel has been opened, tampered with or contaminated.  Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending.   Any returns without and authorization number will not be accepted.
